Kick off 2027 with an evening of meaningful connections and collaborative thinking! Presented by the Cleveland Engineering Society and Women in Manufacturing, Beyond the Handshake is an interactive, professionally facilitated experience designed to skip the surface-level business card exchanges. Through small-group guided stations and accessible creative thinking activities, you'll engage with peers across disciplines, gain fresh perspectives, and spark new ideas for the year ahead.
