Proposed Schedule
• 10:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. — Toyota Alabama Plant Tour and Program
o Welcome and overview of Toyota Alabama
o Recognition of Toyota’s 25 years of manufacturing in Alabama
o Leadership discussion focused on workforce development, recruiting and retention, manufacturing innovation, industry trends, and future growth
o Audience question-and-answer session
o Guided plant tour, with attendees divided into four groups of 10
• 1:30–3:00 p.m. — Networking Lunch
o Cajun Roux Bar & Grill in Providence
o Networking sponsored by Guidewheel
Advance registration will be required due to the 40-person attendance limit. Attendees must wear long pants and closed-toe shoes; long sleeves are preferred. Guests should bring safety glasses; Toyota can provide these items if needed. Cell phone use will not be permitted during the plant tour.
